We’re excited to announce three brand-new Ask the Experts sessions to help answer any questions SMEs might have about trialling and using digital technologies.

Earlier in Autumn, we announced we are delivering the North of Tyne Digital Adoption Programme to help SMEs explore new (to them) technologies to drive resilience, productivity and growth.

Today, we are excited to announce we will be kicking off the programme with free Ask the Experts sessions. The sessions are specifically tailored to help organisations from different industries explore how technologies might benefit them.

For retailers:

Retailers experience unique challenges to digital, especially in a Covid world. As digital has become the go-to place for selling stock, retailers are having to take their shop windows online to serve existing and new customers. This requires new skills, such as understanding of e-commerce and integration of payment systems.

Our Ask the Experts session on Thursday 10 December, 10am, is dedicated to answering all your questions regarding digital for retail : http://bit.ly/qsretail

For creatives:

Creativity often revolves around community and, with social distance requirements in place, we need to understand how these communities can be engaged digitally. If you are a venue, you may wonder how to attract visitors online. If you sell your work, you may need to reach and engage new audiences on the worldwide web.

For VCSE organisations:

More than ever, voluntary and community organisations deliver much-needed work in communities. It’s crucial they can continue to reach audiences but, in an increasingly digital landscape, this requires providing information online and exploring digital ways to engage service users.

We are here to help. While these three sessions are there for you to ask any questions, we are always happy to have a conversation and see how we can help organisations from a range of sectors explore digital technologies.
